🍂 Be guided through a peaceful meditation, helping you release what no longer serves you and welcome the quieter energies of autumn.
🧹 Decorate your own mini besom, creating a beautiful keepsake to symbolise protection, new beginnings, and the sweeping away of old energy. Using natural ribbons, dried flowers, herbs and seasonal embellishments, you'll craft a unique piece to display in your home or use in your own seasonal rituals.
🍎 Enjoy homemade refreshments and the company of like-minded people in a relaxed, nurturing atmosphere.
