Lammas Flower Essence Afternoon – A Gathering of Gratitude & Harvest
As summer begins to soften, August 8 brings us to the threshold of Lammas — the first harvest, a moment to pause and quietly honour all that has grown.
This is a different kind of magic.
Not the bright, rising energy of early summer, but something slower, richer, and more grounding. A time to gather in gratitude, to reflect on what has unfolded, and to reconnect with a sense of enoughness.
You’re invited into a calm, nurturing afternoon where we gently turn inward, held in the warmth of late summer.
During our time together, you will:
Work intuitively with a pendulum to choose your flower essences — supporting reflection, gratitude, and integration
Be guided through a deeply grounding meditation centred on appreciation and inner fullness
Create your own smudge stick using seasonal herbs — a meaningful tool for release, ritual, and mindful space-clearing
Share in simple refreshments and quiet connection in a peaceful, welcoming space
This gathering is about honouring what is already here — your growth, your efforts, your journey so far.
There is no rush, no striving — only space to acknowledge, receive, and gently realign.
Free parking is available, so you can arrive feeling unhurried and settled. Spaces are intentionally limited to keep the experience intimate and personal.
If you’re feeling the call to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with the rhythm of the season, you are warmly welcome.
